Oh this Chocolate Mousse recipy is so lushes and delicious!.. I insist everyone must try atleast once and then you tell me if was wrong. Its is very easy and you can whisk up a fabulous dessert within few minutes! Melt in a pot..
-150g of mini marshmallows
-50g unsalted butter
-250g chocolatechip
-4tbsp of water
Leave it aside to cool
whisk till firm
-250ml fresh cream
-1tsp vanilla essence
Pour the chocolate cream into this and blend well
Place scoops of this mousse into small glass cups
Decorate by sprinkling grated white chocolate on top
Refrigerate for 20-30mins to set.
