Sweetchilli Chicken Sandwich

Fast foooooood ..yet spicy and yummy. I have done several types of sandwiches and I blogged in my favourite ones. This is one of them. It would not take any more than 5mins of your time (if you have everything ready).  For VEGANs they could use a vegan alternative (Tofu or Paneer or Quorn) instead of chicken and still enjoy this great snack.

For 2 Sandwich Filling:
1 Chicken breast, Washed and sliced lengthwise
1/2 large onion slices
1/2 Jalapeno pepper sliced finely
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp sesame oil (or sunflower oil)
2 tablespoon Sweet chilli Sauce
Few Salad leaves for dressing
1 tsp butter to spread

To Make the Sandwich:
- Stir fry onions in sesame oil
- Add garlic paste, onions jalapeno pepper and salt to taste.
- Stir for 1min and now add the chicken. Stir till cooked
- Add sweetchilli sauce and blend well with the chicken. (pour 2 Tbspn of water if you like it saucy)
- Cut the burger bread in half.
- Apply butter and toast the burger bread in a grill.
- On one half of the bread, place the salad leaves and apply the sweet chilly chicken stir-fry on
   top.
- If you want it more spicer, garnish with more slices of jalapeno pepper on top like I did.
- Squeeze some sweet chilli sauce and place the other toasted half of bread on top. (You could
  add more salad leaves)

- Poke a toothpick through the center to hold the sandwich in place.
- Serve on plate with salad on the side.

Enjoy! :)!
